Booking Terms

Provisional bookings will be held for five days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.

With the exception of long winter booking the price quoted is for the property per week for the specified number of people and includes gas, water, electricity and cleaning.

In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.

Do not risk travelling without proper insurance cover. We advise you to insure your holiday against cancellation when your booking has been confirmed. Always ensure that you are properly covered with medical insurance for the whole duration of your holiday. When travelling abroad with your jewellery and valuables, always make sure your insurers are aware of their replacement value to ensure you are fully covered. We would draw your attention to the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).

We acknowledge that visitors generally take great care during their occupation of holiday accommodation, but we also acknowledge that occasionally accidental damage can occur. A security deposit of£250.00p is required with the final balance. If on inspection of the villa after your departure all is in order, then your security deposit will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 14 days.

If you have any concerns regarding your accommodation or equipment provided during your holiday, please inform the villa managers at the earliest opportunity. They will be pleased to address any problems as soon as possible. Clients undertake to inform the villa manager of any damage to the accommodation and its contents and in the event of any emergency affecting services to the house, to allow access for repairs.

Out of office hours - lost keys or lockouts - if you find you have locked yourself out of the villa you are renting and you need to contact the office manager to be let in, a charge of 30 euros will apply for each time they need to let you back into the property or to supply a new key. Office hours are 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday and Saturday morning from 09.00 - 13.00.

Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

In the interests of their own safety, to avoid possible injury, clients are advised not to use villa pools for diving.

Please remember that the water supply in a hot climate is not generally plentiful. Occasionally interruption to supplies can be experienced. Please use water considerately.

We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of any noise or disturbance in the vicinity of the property. We cannot accept responsibility for any interruption of entertainment services to the villa or its equipment.

1. Where a UKTV service is provided via an internet set-top-box the streaming of UKTV channels relies entirely on the broadband connection and is subject to available internet speeds and bandwidth. This service can be significantly reduced during peak holiday periods and any loss of internet service may result in the failure of this service. This is completely beyond our control.

2. Where a UKTV service is provided via IntelSat 907, BFBS or other encrypted service these require special access codes which can change without notice, service and quality of signal can also be affected by bad weather. Please note that if access codes are restricted by the provider we cannot be held responsible for any resultant failure of service.

3. In the event of a failure or reduction of service we will endeavour to resolve any issues but we cannot be held responsible for the failure or reduction of any of the above services should our efforts prove to be unsuccessful.
